When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been accepted.

Secure checkout
Our checkout is provided by Shopify and is encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on each product page. Any applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Declined payments and order checks
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed; please check your details or try another method. We may verify or cancel orders that our payment providers flag as potentially fraudulent, and we will contact you if this affects your order.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.
